EXPERIENCE WITH STATE GOVERNMENT

From awarded bid
to paid invoice.

Vyntrez brings direct experience with state government procurement, contract administration, and invoice review. We use that knowledge of New Mexico procurement rules, post-award paperwork, payment applications, and agency billing requirements to keep the quote, agreement, schedule of values, and invoice aligned.

Quote and agreement.

We prepare and cost-check the post-award quote against approved rates, quantities, and contract limits, then coordinate proposal and agreement documents for authorized review and signature.

Payment application and schedule of values.

When the award requires them, we align approved quote line items with the schedule of values and prepare the payment application from your verified work records.

Invoice submission.

We check purchase order references, calculations, retainage and supporting documents where applicable; coordinate client approval and submit through the authorized route.

Payment progress, visible.

Your team can follow recorded invoice responses, revisions, approvals, scheduled payments, and payments received in the client portal.

A SHARED VIEW. CONTROLLED ACCESS.

No more wondering
where an invoice stands.

Give your accountant or accounts-payable team their own login. Each person sees only the companies they have been invited to, with viewing, client-review, or payment-approval permissions.
